Lets start with the good of this place
- Restaurant was okay and decently priced
- Front Staff / Waitress was very nice
- It had the number of beds we reserved
- toilet flushed and shower worked
- It allowed pets

Now for the cons
- Smelled clean but was extremely run down
- Beds felt like literal boards over springs
- Looked like something out of Big Trouble Little China
- No climate control (Well to be fair a small space heater and a single fan offered)
- Numerous warnings to not use white towels to wipe things down, unable to locate a single white towel.All were extremely discolored
- Non smoking room clearly was a smoking room based on smell in bathroom and nicotine stains still present
- Laminate flooring made anyone walking on it sound like a T-Rex trying to sneak around a wooden cabin.
- Photos shown did not reflect the room I reserved. Apparently pet rooms are a whole other building.
- Satellite TV didn't work. Could only watch the same 3 episodes of Brooklyn 99.
- Exposed wiring on heater boards (didn't work)
- Internet limited to 4x 50mb codes. Didn't even attempt to use as my phone had LTE and hotspot.

Now with this all being said it was one of the only options in Watson Lake to allow pets. I honestly would drive straight through to either Fort Nelson or Whitehorse (depending on where you are headed) if I do this trip again. I didn't expect much from this place as I understand there isn't a lot in the Yukon and they rely solely on tourism. But feels like this place relays on you being tired and not wanting to make the trek either way to more accommodations. It would have been fine if not so run down. I can deal with an old TV, bad internet and possibly no climate control. But what I couldn't handle was the terrible beds, run down nature and overall carelessness.

There aren't that many rooms at this place so I don't understand why the beds and linens are so bad. Maybe the non pet rooms are better?
